Ocean Universal is a dive shop in Westcourt, Cairns, FNQ. They carry spearfishing gear, scuba diving equipment, and freediving products.
It used to trade as Spearfishing Superstore. They changed the name because the product range grew beyond spearfishing alone. Spearfishing is still a major part of what they do, but they now sells scuba regulators, BCDs, dive computers, freediving fins, wetsuits, stinger suits, masks, and snorkelling gear.
The staff have been at it for 25-odd years. Gear is picked for tropical conditions, so it holds up on the Great Barrier Reef and Cairns dive sites.
